The moment your first item goes in, TARtracker builds the structure automatically — live tracking, print-ready wall charts and daily shift reports generated from real field data. No clipboards, no Excel, no WhatsApp chaos.
Supervisors scan QR labels on heat exchangers, valves and vessels. One tap to register arrival, one tap to sign off as cleaned — fully visible on the manager dashboard.
The supervisor mobile app works on any smartphone. Scan a QR code with the camera, tap a button, submit. Works with gloves. Works on slow wifi. Saves registrations locally if connection drops.
The coordinator dashboard gives you a live view of every component, every contractor, and every shift — without leaving the office. Updates arrive the moment a field supervisor taps Approve.
The moment you start adding equipment, TARtracker creates the structure automatically. Every heat exchanger and every valve appears on a professional, print-ready wall chart — no Excel formulas, no manual layout, no days of preparation.
Just add your items, open Wall Charts, click Print.

Instead of building pivot tables and cross-referencing reports, just ask TARA. Your AI assistant has full context of your live TAR data — every component, every contractor, every status update.
TARtracker doesn't replace your existing tools — it fills the gap they leave open. Import from Excel or SAP, export back when the job is done.
Start with a free 14-day trial — no credit card required. Only pay when you're ready to go live.
Used on real TAR projects at major refinery sites across Europe.
Real-time oversight of every component, every shift. From the cleaning yard to the control room — one platform.
TARtracker is a product of Van der Velde Industrial Services (trading as Fieldcode), based in the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected]
We collect only the data needed to provide the TARtracker service: tracking cleaning progress during a TAR, generating reports, and enabling mobile field sign-offs.
Your data is stored on Railway (cloud hosting platform) and backed up daily to Backblaze B2 secure cloud storage. Both providers operate data centres in the USA and Europe. For EU-resident data, please contact us if you require confirmation of data residency.
TARtracker includes an optional AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you use the AI assistant, the content of your question and relevant TAR data is sent to Anthropic. This feature can be disabled per account — when disabled, no TAR data is ever sent to Anthropic or any other third party. We recommend disabling AI for accounts operating on restricted corporate networks (BP, Shell, etc.).
TARtracker uses only necessary cookies — specifically a session authentication cookie (tartracker_session) that keeps you logged in. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking. Because we only use necessary cookies, a consent banner is not required under GDPR — but we tell you about them here.
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of TARtracker after changes means you accept the updated policy.
